New white plastic is way too brittle. Glass holds up fine, but I have to throw away entire batches if plastic is falling off. Unless I don't use the filling tray entirely due to the metal handle impacting the new white (cheap) plastic.

The tubes on this piece are made of the cheapest glass known to man. A piece of plastic can hit them and they shatter instantly. I’m not sure who decided glass was the best option for a production machine but it’s just stupid. To charge this much for such a fragile piece of simplistic design is just criminal. This company is a bunch of bitch made crooks. I wouldn’t pay $100 for this piece knowing how easily it brakes let alone over a grand. Despicable.

This piece we have had the most trouble out of any of them. The glass tubes keep breaking and we have to scrap the whole batch because there are tiny pieces of glass in the prerolls. They don't sell replacement parts for this thing and we ended up spending two days scouring the internet looking for the tubes to replace them ourselves. I'd highly recommend trying to fix it yourself or buying a used one. Definitely do not buy!
