SHIPPING CHARGES WERE RIDICULOUS IT SHOULDNT BE THAT EXPENSIVE AND IT TOOK MORE THAN A WEEK TO GET HERE AT THAT. MATS RIP EASILY AND OFTEN.
I was gifted a Tyson Futurola for my birthday on August 2nd this year. Not even a month went by and already the red mat tore. I went to the site to replace it and they want about 20+ dollars shipping and handling. That's nonsense. I'm about ready to toss it. It's cheaper to buy a new one then get replacement parts. That's crazy.
I have bought several of the rollers because the mats rip and no matter where you look you can’t find replacement mats and if by chance they happen to have them in stock here, they charge a hefty shipping fee..
I have the Chong roller which has been without an issue and finally needed to get a replacement roller pin. Total was 9 dollars. Shipping was 28 dollars. Yeahhh... Dropped it to 1 star. Ridiculous.
Said some meanish things about the company an their product. Customer service got back to me and made things more than right. Thank you to the people at Tyson . Will for sure keep on being repeat customer.
